SueW: Doctor Responds
Insurance coverage is very close to 100%. Self-pay is almost unheard of.

Costs include follow-up care from surgeon and from internist and gastroenterologist. These should be every 6 months for the of the patients life --this was recommended by the NIH consensus panel. Extensive tests must be run for nutritional deficiencies. Costs for vitamin B12 injections must be included.

Costs that might be subtracted would be ongoing doctor visits to monitor high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. When well-controlled, these are no more than once a year with cheap simple blood tests.

SYP Too: Great Mood Lift
I very much enjoyed this piece. I am also 27 with breast that are no longer perky nor are they old maid flat. I feel that I am some man's fantasy somewhere. I am not ideal but I am real. Thanks for a great mood lift.

SYP Too: She's So Right
The piece about Suzy was spectacular. I dont look like her but I the way she describes. It makes me know how she's feeling...and she's so right. You weren't put on this Earth to fit anyone's ideals, you are what you are and whoever you are, you are beautiful. You dont have to please everyone or be every guy's fantasy.

Karen Sizemore: Inspirational
